Start new or catch up?

So I started to wonder if I should try to catch you all up on "Boehler Life" or just start with the happenings now? So I'm going the selfish route and hoping I get a call from you so we can BOTH be caught up! :-)
Anyway, our 2010 has started off rather yucky. In the first week of January our 2nd little guy Titus (aka TJ) was diagnosed with giardia, after being very ill and not himself for almost 6 weeks. He was treated with some pretty powerful antibiotics and we were sent on our way. He completed the prescription and went to his follow up and all his tests came back normal! Praise the Lord! Two weeks go by and he still just doesn't seem like himself. We notice his lymph nodes on his neck are still rather enlarged so we take him in to be evaluated and the PCP says we don't need to worry. OK. Another two weeks go by and I decided to ask the GI dr what she thinks. She agrees they should be evaluated so we schedule an apt with the ENT, and they are quick to see us, in 6 WEEKS!
In the meantime we go to Grand Junction to visit my husband's dear family. While we are there TJ looks worse and his lymph nodes are much larger than they have ever been! We take him to urgent care and they refer us to St Mary's hospital er to have him further evaluated. We are given 3 possibilities: mono, lymphoma, or leukemia. After blood tests and waiting for a few hours we get the positive lab results for the mono we were hoping for! Praise, praise, praise God that's what he has!! We got home last Saturday after a very long and exhausting visit to GJ (mind you Molly did not sleep hardly a wink while we were gone) only to find out on Monday that Molly has bronchialitis induced by RSV. So one week after being home and all the others have it now, too. At least their breathing remains strong throughout the course of the virus! In all of this God has been very good and very evident to us all. He has proven time and again that He is the Great Healer and the Great Physician. I praise Him that our hope is secure in Him and not in the hands of futile men. What a faithful God we serve!
We are all doing well now despite the down time, or "forced rest" as I like to call it! :-)
In the midst of all the sickness we managed to have 4 birthdays this year already-Emily (1/06), Micah (1/29), Addy (3/3), and Justin (3/9)! For being a bunch of sickies we sure know how to party! Emily enjoyed friends and cousins for an afternoon and an adorable rainbow cake! Micah had a Wii party with a few of his friends and a day with cousins! Addy spent her day with cousins in Grand Junction! And Justin celebrated here at home with his favorite people, us! The kids helped make him a chocolate chipless cookie cake (a giant cookie in a pan!) and birthday cards, and then we all had a family movie night, one of our favorite things to do!!!
TJ,as some might say, FINALLY got a haircut!
He looks like such a big boy now! It's really cute.:-)
We've had some really great weather these last couple days-enough to get a sunburn! Titus came in all flushed after being outside for 20 minutes! They all got a little rosier in the cheeks! It's been an eventful beginning for 2010, with plenty of adventure on the way! Well, I think this is long enough for a "start now" post. :-) Seeing that I lose an hour of sleep tonight, I'd better get started on it! Thanks for visiting! Hope you are all well and daily aware of the grace of God in your lives!!!

The Very First Try

Hey there everyone! We've made it! We've finally arrived into the blogosphere, as I am told.
